My most important pieces get suppressed by Google’s algorithm. Why? Because they contain contradiction that algorithms can’t parse. Satire is the truest journalism. Algorithm suppression of satire is suppression of truth through stupidity.
The Algorithmic Blindness
BBC media coverage treats algorithms as neutral. They’re not. They suppress complexity in favor of simplicity. Satire requires complexity. Therefore satire gets suppressed.
